Amendments and Cancellations by Clients
1. Clients can cancel at any time. The cancellation will be effective as at the time that Balloon Company receives a written request from the Agent or from direct bookings from the Client, and the following cancellation charges will apply.
a ) More than 15 days prior to departure – 10 % of the product cost or € 60, whichever is higher.
b ) 15 days to 48 hours prior to departure – 35 % of the product cost or € 60, whichever is higher.
c ) Less than 48 hours prior to departure – 90 % of the product cost or € 60, whichever is higher.
d ) No refund is given for a partially used Product.

The arrangement is very good. The agent pick me up at the hotel on time and provide me with breakfast and hot tea before the balloon tour. The pilot is experienced and taught us safety technique before take off. The whole journey is wonderful.

Me and my wife had a really great experience, we had an amazing pilot, find out that, when they tell you to get on the balloon, be the last ones to get in, because you will get the best view. If you are planning to come to Cappadocia the balloon trip is definitely the best show of all, amazing !!.

The balloon ride was the best experience ever, joined with hundreds of them in the sky, creating the most magical sunrise experience. The gentle landing of the balloon perfectly on the back of a trailer was amazing feat of pilot skill. We were very lucky that the weather was good that day, the following few days the wind was not favourable and all balloon rides were cancelled making the experience for us even more of a wonderful memory and blessing. It was the greatest buzz you could wish for. Highly recommend .
